StudioVita is white-label gym and fitness studio management software built by Freddie Media. It combines class scheduling, online bookings, waitlists, member and membership management, online payments, and business reports in one platform — and gives every studio its own branded member booking app.
How much does gym management software from StudioVita cost?

StudioVita pricing starts at 499 SEK per month (Starter, up to 50 members), 999 SEK per month (Growth, up to 200 members), and 1,799 SEK per month (Professional, up to 500 members). Enterprise has custom pricing for multiple locations, with unlimited members, onboarding and data migration included. Trials use the selected plan's member limit. Leads, staff, admins, and deleted or pending-deletion accounts do not count. Existing members are never removed if a studio exceeds its limit; new additions are blocked. Every plan includes: Scheduling and your own branded member app; Memberships, class packs and drop-ins; Online payments with 0% platform fee (Stripe processing fees apply); Waitlists, QR check-in and reminders; Reports and member communications; Unlimited staff logins; 30-day free trial. No. The StudioVita member app is a progressive web app (PWA) that members open from a link and can add to their home screen — no App Store or Google Play download. It shows your studio's logo, colours, and name on every screen, not StudioVita branding.
